ASSESSMENT
Body Performance performs a variety of sports relevant assessments to track each athletes' progress.  Below is a list of a few assessements we use to track the effectiveness of each customized program.

SPEED
Increasing speed and quickness is essential in improving athletic performance.  Performance Enhancement Specialists from Body Performance will work one-on-one with athletes to:
  • Develop single leg strength to generate more force production into the ground
  • Increase stability and balance because you can only generate as much force as you can stabilize
  • Incorporate plyometrics to improve neuro-muscular activation and motor recruitment
  • Improve movement in multiple planes of motion by teaching - deceleration, stabilization and acceleration
